Kelayakan
- Possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources / Business Studies or other related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- At least 1 year of working experiences in Human resources/payroll.
- Able to start immediately will be an advantage.
- Candidate must possess own transport and willing to travel
- Work Location: No 10 & 12, Jalan 51A/227C, 46100 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Tanggungjawab
- Prepare staffing letters, contracts, maintain employees’ leave & Human resource database
- Assist in managing of EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc.
- Support Human Resources processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
- Assist in the coordination of employee training and development programs.
- Track and manage employee attendance and leave records.
- Handling the administrative function and correspondence relating to Company Corporate and human resources matters
- Liaising with Municipal councils, government and statutory bodies for the application and renewal of company licenses, Trading licenses and other government and statutory requirement.
- Performing daily monitoring of correspondence, events, fazes, and dispatch/running services to ensure smooth operation of the organization
- Conduct company’s agendas/functions such as family day, annual dinner, training, services and other activities
- Able to work with minimal supervision and be able to cope with any ad hoc events and projects.
