Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least LCCI or equivalent qualification or equivalent qualification.
- Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply; Minimum 1 years working experience will be added advantage,
- Required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders from overseas, proficiency in Mandarin will be beneficial
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill, with the ability to form good teamwork and with a positive work attitude.
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for the activities in the accounts receivable function across customer receipts and sending monthly/ weekly statements of accounts to customers.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation, general ledger reconciliation & update daily cash flow transactions.
- Assist in monthly closing account & yearly closing account.
- Oversee and manage customer receipts, vendor invoices, vendor payments, and claims to process and record into the accounting system on a timely basis.
- Maintain a proper filing and documentation system.
Manfaat
- Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000 per month
- 5 working days per week
