Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in HR, Business Admin or other related courses.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, moderate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
- Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
Tanggungjawab
- Assisting the HR Manager in the implementation of new or existing HR policies and procedures to enhance productivity and positive culture.
- Liaising with current staff requests and queries appropriately
- Updating and monitoring staff attendance and discipline.
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
- Proactively look of operational efficiencies and cost reduction opportunities.
- Property Management-Record keeping and safeguarding of company assets.
- Ensure overall office building/facilities/equipments'/sundry are well maintained.
- Other ad hoc administration task may be added from to time.
