Kelayakan
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an Account Assistant role with proficiency in full set accounting processes.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Tanggungjawab
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment facilitation, and reconciliation.
- Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger, assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Reconcile bank statements regularly and monitor cash balances for accuracy.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports, as well as generating financial analysis for management.
- Maintain inventory records and perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations, and maintain organized financial documentation.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing support in analyzing financial data and trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
