Kelayakan
- Minimum 1-2 years outbound call center experience (Cold Calling)
- Minimum 1-2 years Personal Loan / mortgage/ SME banking experience and have exposure in CCRIS or relevant CRA will also be our priority
- Good language proficiency on English & Bahasa
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong & proven problem-solving skills
- Candidates with good attitude despite education level will also be considered
- Customer service candidates which no longer wanted to deal with complaints all day long and strive to earn more!!
Tanggungjawab
- Perform Lead Generation task on daily basis to qualify business owners eligible & interested for SME financing / business loan
- Communicate with customers mainly thru calls and WhatsApp to achieve set KPI's
- Maintain professionalism throughout communication with B2B clientele
