Kelayakan
- Degree in Food Science and technology, or related field
- Mandarin & English Speaker
- Fresh graduate are welcome.
- Experience in food production department will be added advantage.
- Able to multi-task, work with minimum supervision and perform well under pressure to meet deadline.
Tanggungjawab
- Assist to arrange and monitor timing of all incoming raw material, outgoing finished goods; and monitor production process to comply with the standards.
- Ensure income materials are in good quality and quantity according to our purchase.
- Ensure production yields met company expectations.
- Responsible for production costing, planning and tory management to fulfill sales target & customer satisfaction.
- To involve in the implementation and verification of Food Safety/HACCP/GMP/GLP within the company.
- Responsible to check, audit & training the kitchen team to ensure the entire kitchen operation run smoothly.
- Manage central kitchen production compliance with safe food handling and hygiene practices.
