Kelayakan
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma
- At least 3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Language required: English
- Good communication etiquette both physical and virtually with a smiley voice
- Knowledge in handling basic computer such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel and emailing
- Self-disciplined and mature with good interpersonal skill
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- To have problem solving skill
- Able to speak in Mandarin will be added advantage
Tanggungjawab
- Deliver friendly customer service and coordination
- Able to attend meeting physically and virtually
- Follow up with customers tightly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Proactively look for ways to expedite the task progress
- Tasks documentation creation and keep tracking
- Follow company standard operation procedures, guidelines and policies
- Able to carry out work effective & efficiency with minimal supervision individually and as well as a team player
- Keep records of meeting minutes and customer requirements with proper documentation filing
- Web data inputting and content entry
