Kelayakan
- Candidates with certificate of Diploma of Early Childhood Education would be considered first.
- Candidates with SPM certificate or Degree must be equipped with experience in early childhood learning. Sponsor of the course for Diploma of Early Childhood Education for successful candidate upon review.
- Must possess basic computing knowledge
- Must agree with the teaching method and values of Tzu Chi, upholding patience and kindheartedness, willing to contribute to the betterment of the society via education.
Tanggungjawab
Tzu chi is a NGO buddhist charity organization, our efforts in the education sector comprises of kindergarten and afterschool care for primary and secondary students. Our intention is to nurture and cultivate future generations for the good of the society.
This position assumes the responsibilities of academic teaching, social and emotional skills cultivation, and overall development of students under his/her care. Teachers must have the patience and kindness in educating students.
- Responsible for teaching, maintaining classroom order and safety of young children, and also caring for children.
- Responsible for children's day to day learning and activities which follows the school's curriculum.
