Kelayakan
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting. Possess Professionally Qualified (ACCA, PA, ICAEW and etc) is a plus.
- At least 2 - 3 years of working experience of handling full sets of Accounts
- Must possess strong knowledge on the principles of accounting
- Strong fundamental accounting knowledge and proficiency in MS Office particularly in Excel.
- Detailed-oriented, independent, a good team player, and has strong communication skills
Tanggungjawab
- Ensuring compliance with various financial controls and regulations, including the group finance policies, and the latest accounting standards for local statutory reporting.
- Handling full-sets of accounts, preparing financial statements, month-end closing activities, balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets register, and intercompany transactions.
- Preparing and presenting monthly management accounts, which includes analyzing finance operations. Close collaboration with the business when required for tasks such as transaction analysis, provisions assessment, impairments evaluation, reconciliations, stock counts, and fixed assets verification.
- Managing all internal and external audits and ensuring that any audit issues are resolved within the specified timeline.
- Communicate and cooperate with legal counsel and company secretaries for filing statutory records whenever necessary.
