Kelayakan
- Mandarin speaker required.
- Possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Financial/ Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in account field
- Ability to handle full sets and account operations.
- Good communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office / SQL.
- Possess strong analytical skills.
- Possess initiative and able to organize and prioritize work.
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for overall company financial accounting
- Preparing a full set of accounts and monthly financial reports
- Monitor the cash flow position of the company and make projections of future cash flow.
- Assist in year-end audits and prepare audit schedules, including liaising with external and internal auditors and tax agents as required.
- Contribute inputs in cost variance analysis, financial budgeting, and forecasting as and when required.
- Lead and guide junior team members in completing the accounting tasks.
- Liaise with clients for outstanding documents and information to ensure the completeness of bookkeeping tasks.
- Offering recommendations to management regarding short and long-term financial goals and policies
- Support the implementation of new processes and systems.
