- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
- Min 2 years' Experience in Management level
Tanggungjawab
- Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards
- Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
- Supervising daily shift operations
- Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Appraising staff performance
- Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Train and mentor staff to ensure exceptional customer service
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.
- Promoting and marketing the business.
- Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.
