Kelayakan
- Good command of written and spoken Mandarin & English, preferably able to converse in a third language.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Science or any related field preferably food or feed.
- At least 3-4 Years) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Can be required to work on Off days, Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays
- Able to work overtime. Flexible and willing to work on a shift basis.
- High responsibility and able to work under Private and Confidential nature, proactive and initiative idea, positive attitude, flexible and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work in Kapar, Selangor.
- Working Hours: 5 days Monday to Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm
Tanggungjawab
- To become as part of ISO 22000: 2018 internal audit team member and participate in 2nd or 3rd party audit.
- To assist in document update for Feed Safety Manual (ISO 22000: 2018) procedures, update HACCP plan reflects to current status.
- To construct work instructions for operations departments if necessary/requested, ensure proper documentation updated and well maintenance of records.
- To adhere to feed safety and quality issue, understood and implement on personal safety risk issue in production line.
- Overseeing production cleanliness & housekeeping, responsible for selecting & purchasing of cleaning chemical and monitor the dilution & usage of approved chemical. Updating Approved Chemical List & MSDS including all operations chemical involved.
- To monitor FIFO/FEFO for ingredients usage & do assist production PIC the traceability report/mockup exercise.
- To deal with DOF authority for sampling every 6 months/ assist on obtaining fish quality certificate or health certificate.
- To be responsible for external and internal pest control issue and monitoring of checking bait station.
- Ensure registration of equipment (ie Department of Occupational & Health-DOSH) or registered chemical (ie Ministry of Health-MOH) in place.
- To practice Gemba walk in production line, report incident of mockup record.
