Kelayakan
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with specific experience in TikTok marketing preferred.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in TikTok Shop operations, advertising tools, and analytics platforms.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creativity: Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas and content concepts tailored for TikTok Shop.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to drive measurable results and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggungjawab
- Liaison with TikTok Shop Partner (TSP): Serve as the primary point of contact between our company, TikTok Manager, and TikTok Shop Partner(TSP), ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Collaboration with TikTok Manager: Coordinate strategies and campaigns with the TikTok Manager to maximize TikTok Shop sales and results.
- Internal Team Communication: Facilitate communication and alignment between internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure cohesive TikTok Shop strategies and executions.
- Campaign Setup and Planning: Strategize, plan, and execute TikTok Shop campaigns to drive sales and engagement, including content creation, scheduling, and budget allocation.
- Ads Setting: Manage TikTok Shop advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Utilization of Promotional Tools: Utilize various promotional tools available on TikTok Shop effectively to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and increase sales.
- Sales Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor TikTok Shop sales performance, analyze key metrics, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve results.
