Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Have knowledge of Employment Act and Industrial Relation matters
- Able to multi task and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including payroll administration, employee relations, recruitment, compensation & benefits and handling disciplinary matters
- Implementing and monitoring HR policies and procedures
- Responsible for preparing various HR reports and provides administration support
- Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the office facilities, equipment's and assets
- Establish and maintain appropriate filing and information flow systems
- Any other ad hoc assignments assigned from time to time
