Kelayakan
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
- Fresh graduates or 1-3 working experience are encouraged to apply.
- Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential
- Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Can learn new knowledge fast
- Able to work in team
Tanggungjawab
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with any initial inquiries,
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling requests via phone, email, and in-person.
- To provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems.
- Handle payment transactions, process gift vouchers, and manage membership inquiries and sign-ups.
- Address and resolve client complaints or issues promptly.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of PA policies, services, and promotions.
- Collaborate with spa staff to ensure smooth operation and coordination of client services
- Follow procedures, guidelines and policies
