Kelayakan
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in marketing / graphic design / public relation / mass communication or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing / graphic design / public relation / mass communication or r in related field. Minimum 2 years of working experience required.
- Must be able to speak in Mandarin for planning & developing Mandarin creative art (exp: poster). Ability to understand,communicate and create creative art in the Bahasa Malaysia and English languages are added values.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio with a strong eye for visual composition.
- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva Pro etc.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
- Great understanding of marketing, production, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design, etc.
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or management
- Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
Tanggungjawab
- Create compelling content, including images, videos, infographics, teasers, blog posts and live-streaming sessions to promote events across various platforms.
- Coordinate monthly email newsletters to sustain audience engagement, featuring event previews, background stories and valuable tips.
- Organize enticing giveaways to drive traffic and interest in the event, collaborating with exhibitors for sponsorships and gifts.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Draft press releases, articles, and other communication materials to enhance the company's public image.
- Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
- Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
- Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
- Coordinating with co-workers as necessary.
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
- Communicating with managment about layout and design.
- Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
