- Greet visitors and answer phones professionally, directing calls and inquiries
- Maintaining calendars, performing calculations and keying in data
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Process invoices, handle basic bookkeeping tasks (data entry may be included)
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
