Kelayakan
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration with at least 1-2 years relevant experience or
- High School certificate with minimum 3-4 years of production planning experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and knowledge in mandarin is an added advantage
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible to plan and schedule all customers’ orders, into production plan and to ensure on time delivery
- Responsible to initiate raw materials purchase so as to ensure all raw materials are available to produce the required customers’ orders as well as forecast quantity
- To keep track and monitor quantity produced versus planned and make adjustment to plan by coordinating with production and sales personnel on shortage and backlog issues
- To control and monitor on safety and excess stock, delivery instruction order and WIP in the required level
- To communicate with production on changes in quantity and delivery date through feedback from sales personnel
- Maintain an efficient production plan and control procedure for effectively utilization of production capacity and resources for timely delivery of products
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and address issues that may affect production timelines
