Kelayakan
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin (Both written and spoken)
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good communication skill
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Word & SQL Accounting Software
Tanggungjawab
- Involve in daily stock movement - goods receiving from supplier, manage inventory etc.
- To liaise with supplier, customer and sales team for orders, price and product availability
- To maintain stock records and ensure the purchased items are properly evaluated
- Provide satisfactory customers service and support to the existing customer via telephone calls, WhatsApp or email
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery to sales team
- To assist stock check and update every month
- Able to multi-tasks and accept ad-hoc tasks as required
