Kelayakan
- Fluent in English, and Mandarin
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply too.
- Able to work in rotational shift basis (24/7)
- One day one shift (8hours + 1 hour)
- Monday to Sunday (2 days off)
Tanggungjawab
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
- Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients
- Following process and procedure of the Company.
- Provide timely support to customers through available communication channels (inbound, outbound calls and email)
- Probe & identify financial needs on service calls and pitch relevant solutions in line with client charter.
- Pro-active support to customers to prevent damage to brand loyalty
