Kelayakan
- Fluent in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
- Good in Microsoft Excel formulas, Word, Outlook e-mail correspondence (able to communicate in English smoothly).
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or above
- Good in numbers.
- Familiar with accounting software is a bonus.
- Fresh graduates also can apply
Tanggungjawab
- Documentation of admin paperwork, payment slips and shipping documents
- Preparation and tracking of Company's Invoice, PO, DN, CN
- Constantly update Pricing and prepare Quotation to customers
- Assisting Finance Manager in Accounts Receivable, Payable
- Preparation of monthly Sales Matching Analysis
- Liaising with logistic partners, customer, supplier, outsource accountant, auditors, government departments (eg. Kedai Bebas Cukai (KBC) Customs officer for monthly report submission)
- Coordinate with warehouse & shipping agents to resolve any stocks delivery issue, export cargos & storage keeping
- To do KBC receiving & travel retails sales
- Support front POS system sales & update back-end ICS system for sales transactions, balance stock checking, sales reporting & book keeping for KBC customers details.
- Managing and processing office claims and staff reimbursements in a timely manner
- Drafting and taking down meeting minutes for internal circulation
- To undertake any other adhoc duties required by the office or Managing Partner
