Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's degree, Post graduate in Business administration, human resource or equivalent.
- At least 1 year working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Acknowledge of employment act and industrial relation matters.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and computer skill
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (word & excel) is a must.
- Must be able to work with human resource software.
- Good analytical, problem solving, teamwork and managing skill.
- Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for full spectrums of human resource function including payroll, employee relations, recruitment, compensation & benefits and handling displinary issues.
- Implementing and monitoring HR policies and procedures.
- Responsible for preparing HR reports and provide administrative support.
- Responsible for office maintenance, renovation and upkeep of the office facilities, equipment and assets.
- Establish and maintain appropriate filling and information flow systems.
- Any other ad hoc assignments from time to time.
