Kelayakan
- Able to speak Mandarin and written in Mandarin wording is a must
- 5.5 working days a weeks
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in contract administration.
- Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Glodon Software, Microsoft Office.
- Details oriented, aggressive, able to work under pressure, good follow up and organizing skills.
- Possess initiative, proactive, assertive, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess at least a Diploma or Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building.
- To deal with sub-contractors on sub-contractors’ issues.
Tanggungjawab
- In charge of project and carry out contract administration duties including preparing Letter of Award to subcontractors, prepare subcontractor's certificate of payment, contractual correspondence, review contractors' quotation or claims for variation works, carry out site valuation and process interim progress claim and etc
- Quantity take off, cost estimate and contract administrations
- To carry out joint site measurement with sub-contractors
- To attend joint evaluation of progress claim with Contract team
- Collate and compile cost data reports
- Resolve any outstanding claim issues on variations order and final accounts
- Handle cost controlling in all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure
