Kelayakan
- Minimum educational qualification in Diploma (ICT related field) or
- Demonstrated experience in designing educational programs, preferably in an academic or organizational setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in IT repair and maintenance will be considered a significant advantage.
- Background in creative design, particularly in user experience design, would be an asset.
- Must be an independent learner with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good sense of urgency and an able to work under pressure within tight deadlines.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented person.
Tanggungjawab
- Provide IT support (Maintenance, solution providing, problem solving)
- Networking Setup (Pulling LAN cables & set up of routers)
- Printer Setup & Maintenance
- Laptop & Computer Setup & Maintenance
- Asset Management
- Implement a comprehensive system to track device loans and manage maintenance schedules efficiently.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of designated spaces at all times
- Digitalization
- Systematically document procedures and workflows for repetitive tasks to streamline operations and learning.
- Digitalization of educational programs to enhance accessibility and efficiency in learning delivery.
- Instructor
- To conduct classes and workshops for students and staff on various IT topics.
- To assist with class material preparation and digitalization of topics.

- Integrity – To ensure information provided is kept confidential (staff & student info)
- Attitude of Service – Be able to carry out requests and be proper about interacting with users
- Support various departmental operations and assignments as directed by the Lead or Head of Department to ensure efficient departmental functioning.
- Attend organization-wide events and professional development trainings to stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the field.
