Kelayakan
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, accepting constant changes and challenges.
- Proficient in network fundamentals and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, etc.).
- Rich experience in troubleshooting and critical problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate with personnel at all levels within the organization.
- Programming skills: Python preferred, coding ability in other languages is also acceptable.
- Complete experience in Android/iOS/web requirement testing.
- Experience in server-side/interface/automation testing is preferred.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required.
Tanggungjawab
- Track, analyze, and troubleshoot through online and offline channels. Propose optimization strategies and tactics.
- Actively participate in planning and building our Quality System (QS).
- Communicate with users to identify requirements and expectations. Collaborate with product management, R&D, and service teams to meet customer needs.
- Ensure standardization of service quality by providing support data.
- Take a comprehensive approach to optimize established technical support mechanisms and our QS.
