- Working Shift Rotation - 7am - 4 pm (Morning) | 2pm - 11pm (Noon) | 10.30pm - 7.30am (Night)
- Having at least SPM education or above
- At least 6 month and above relevant customer service experience
- Typing speed : 50-75 word /min will added advantages

- Communicate with customer via LiveChat / Email
- Solve & Handle customer's question and complaint
