Tanggungjawab
- Reviewing existing processes, identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements to manage and optimize company’s processes.
- They must ensure the products or services meet quality standards. This may involve setting quality criteria, monitoring outputs, and conducting audits.
- Managing resources to ensure that they are used efficiently and wastage is minimized. This includes manpower, materials, and time management.
- Cooperating with team members to ensure there is good team work and a positive working environment.
- Ensuring that the Organization is in compliance with industry regulations and standards. This involves keeping updated with laws and regulations that affect the company’s operations and ensuring the staff training accordingly.
- Working with team members to ensure customer services excellence for the products and services offered by the Organization. This can include handling of customer complaints and grievances.
- Responsible for selecting and managing relationships with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring that they meet contractual obligations and quality standards.
