Kelayakan
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR or related fields
- Fluent In Mandarin and English
- Min 2-3 years experience in related fields in HR and Account will be preferable.
- Strong Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in using accounting software (SQL) and MS Office Suite (especially Excel) for data analysis and reporting and handling various governmental websites (KWSP,Perkeso,e-CP39,HRDcorp,etc) / authority departments (JTK,CIDB,etc)
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and communicate with stakeholders at various levels.
- Integrity and Confidentiality: High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial information.
Tanggungjawab
- Handle Statutory requirement, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit and Training Development.
- To liaise with agent for working permit processes.
- To ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.
- Ensure compliance to all corporate, government and employment rules & regulations.
- Update the Govt Agency Enquiry such as EPF, SOCSO, SIP and Income tax etc.
- Financial Record Management: Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Incharge of Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor payments, invoice processing, and customer collections.
