Kelayakan
- Minimum 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proven of upholding operations and company standards
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for fostering a positive team environment
- Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
Tanggungjawab
- Overseeing the overall management of the dining establishment, strictly adhering to food safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve IT
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Ensuring all end of day cash outs are correctly completed
- Creating promotional strategies to achieve the store's revenue and profit targets, ensuring steady sales growth.
- Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
- Make sure company regulation in the well keep-running, strict compliance in company standard in hygiene and safety regulations.
- Provide leadership guidance, well-communication in coaching and counselling to the duty-in-work team partners.
