We are looking for a highly motivated and target driven Admin & Accounting assistant to be part of our team. You'll play a crucial role in driving the company growth together.
What do we need from you?
- Good attitude and responsible character. Very important needed
- Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
- Good with number and SQL software system
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Computer literate and numerate
- Handle basic accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Tanggungjawab
- Assist to handle all accounting, clerical, and administrative functions of the Finance and Admin Department
- Keeping a thorough record of business transactions and entering data from daily work logs into the company's general ledger
- Handle accounting data entry, matching of accounting documents, and other day-to-day operations of accounting functions for the cross-company
- Manage sales and cash reconciliation in ensuring bookkeeping is up to date day to day.
- Assist with the preparation of cheque/online payment for rental/utilities and other disbursements
- Assist with account receivable/payable-related functions
- Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed, labeled, and kept for future reference
