Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Leavel / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field
- Proficiency in Mandarin as 95% of our client and suppliers speaks Mandarin
- Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
- Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
- Good communication skills
- Good in Microsoft office
Tanggungjawab
- Perform daily processing of orders from customers and manage all associated administrative matters.
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day basic operations.
- Involve in planning of logistic to clients
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office and bookkeeping software.
- Providing support to customer service
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
