Kelayakan
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture/ID’S or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in Architecture & Construction.
- Strong understanding of principles and concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Leadership skill.
- Basic Q.S. and BQ for scale project BQ
Tanggungjawab
- Assist and manage all aspects of the projects related design process, from concept to completion of works
- Select and specify materials and finishes.
- Manage project budgets and project timelines
- Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project complexion within schedule.
- Attend regular site meetings and inspections.
- Report on project status and take appropriate status to ensure project progress is on schedule and manage project report.
- Work closely with design team, contractors, and sub-contractors on timely projects handover.
- Handling office project meeting.
- Able to understand client needs and good visual of the project time line.
