We are seeking a talented and creative individual to fill the role of Video Creative.

This role requires a passion for storytelling through visual media, with responsibilities that cover both capturing high-quality video footage and editing content to create compelling and effective videos. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of video production, from pre-production planning to post-production editing, and the skills to craft engaging content that aligns with our brand's message and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

a. Pre-production Planning:

• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize video projects.
• Scout locations and plan shots in advance of filming.
• Prepare and manage the equipment needed for video shoots

b. Videography:

• Capture high-quality video footage on location or in-studio.
• Operate a range of video equipment, including cameras, lights, and audio devices.
• Direct on-camera talent and manage shooting schedules to ensure smooth production flow.
• Ensure all footage meets technical and brand standards.

c. Video Editing:

• Review, organize, and edit captured footage to create cohesive and compelling narratives.
• Utilize editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to edit footage, incorporating special effects, transitions, and other visual elements.
• Color correct and grade footage to enhance visual appeal.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and revisions into the final product.

d. Post-production and Distribution:

• Render and export videos in various formats for multiple platforms (e.g., social media, website, presentations).
• Manage video library and archive footage for future use.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video production and editing techniques.
