Kelayakan
- A minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in an automotive service or retail environment
- A relevant accounting qualification (ACCA, PA, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid Singapore work visa or Permanent Residency
Tanggungjawab
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Processing payroll and employee benefits
- Reconciling bank statements
- Preparing financial reports and statements (monthly, quarterly, and annually)
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
- Maintaining accurate accounting records following Singaporean accounting standards
- Ensuring compliance with all tax regulations
- Working collaboratively with other departments, such as service and sales
