Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive, Industrial and Employee Relation. The incumbent will be responsible for managing day-to-day industrial and employee relation matters, including but not limited to handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The Executive will also be involved in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, conducting employee training programs, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-3 year experience in industrial and employee relations
• Strong knowledge of industrial and employee relations, including best practices and labor laws
• Experience in handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Experience in conducting employee training programs
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
