Kelayakan
- Min. education requirement: SPM, Diploma LCCI ,degree holder or its equivalent
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in related field.
- Can speak in Mandarin.
- Aggressive , honesty , integrity and committed to work.
- Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
- Good communication and written skills.
- Able to work independently and start immediately or within short notice.
Tanggungjawab
- To maintain and update AP, AR, accounting journal and ensuring accurate record keeping
- To perform monthly bank reconciliation, generate & update FA report
- To submit management report as per dateline.
- To update monthly ageing report , credit control
- To update monthly stock check report, update monthly staff attendance report from payroll systems
- To assists prepare quotation, PO, sales Invoice and relevant report when required.
- To assists superior other ad-hod assignment as when required.
- Handle day to day operations of admin accounting record & maintain digital & physical filling.
