Kelayakan
- 1 year experience in managing Tiktok account
- Understanding and experience in Tiktok live streaming operation or production flow and Tiktok mechanics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skill and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin & English.
- Data reporting and analytics experience is a bonus.
Tanggungjawab
- Assist in completing the daily operational procedures of the store, follow up and execute responsibilities, and provide feedback and summaries.
- Responsible for assisting the operations supervisor in the daily maintenance of the store, product listing, and updates to enhance the store's attractiveness and product sales.
- Monitor backend data daily: marketing data, transaction data, product management, and customer management.
- Responsible for submitting reports for each promotional activity.
- Record and verify the Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and time for each anchor to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate with Customer Service (CS) to address after-sales issues.
