Kelayakan
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal)
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting, with a strong focus on tax and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software (SQL & Autocount) and other financial reporting tools.
- Experience in Accounting Practice Firm will be added advantage.
- Performance-oriented and good team player.
- Self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under fast pace environment.
- Able to work outstation (Out of Selangor)
- Having own transport and being able to travel to meet with clients as required
Tanggungjawab
- Oversee and manage the accounting operations of our clients, including financial statement preparation, tax return preparation, and other financial reporting
- Ensure that all financial statements and reports are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations
- Provide strategic financial advice to clients and help them make informed decisions about their businesses
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact for all accounting-related matters
- Train and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations, and ensure that clients are informed and prepared for any changes that may affect their businesses
- Assist in the development of new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing potential clients and working with partners to develop proposals and presentations
- Conduct regular client meetings to review financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Prepare and present reports and other materials to clients and partners as needed
