Kelayakan
- Fresh graduation encourage to apply.
- Posses min Stpm and above.
- Able to speak and understand English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysa.
- Experience in insurance automotive are advantages
Tanggungjawab
- Organizing the overall Insurance process and administration operations.
- Established training plan, needs and recruitment for subordinates.
- Monitoring and control the overall operations in accordance to policies and procedures of the company.
- Responsible for serving, managing and retaining customer.
- Ensure all customer cases are attended and delivered as promised.
- Ensure monthly sales and customer satisfaction index target are achieved.
- Execute and implementary job assignment and instruction given by superior.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOP) and policies to safeguard the company assets.
- Perform daily task on operational matter via Workshop Pro and other manners of recording data. (Including Principal system)
