Kelayakan

  • Immediate availability preferred
  • Minimum 1year experience in human resources and administration
  • Good communication & writing skills in Mandarin & English & BM
  • Well verse in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of the Employment Act, Industrial Relation & other relevant statutory regulations
  • Possess good knowledge of foreign workers recruitment process and permit renewal
  • Familiar with SQL Payroll

Tanggungjawab

  • Manage recruitment process from job posting to candidate screening.
  • Manage attendance, unpaid leave, employee benefits and welfare.
  • Preparation & maintenance of HR related documents, such as employment contracts, policies & procedures.
  • Maintain and regularly update employees personal records.
  • Oversee office cleaning, refreshment and housekeeping services.
  • Address employee inquires, concerns and conflicts promptly and professionally.
  • Perform  additional tasks and duties delegated by management as needed.
