Kelayakan
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in interior design, showcasing a robust portfolio highlighting project management capabilities.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required.
- Expertise in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment and independently with minimal supervision
Tanggungjawab
- Generate innovative, creative, and trendy designs that align with clients' requirements and budget constraints.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals and visually appealing presentations based on clients' specifications.
- Coordinate seamlessly between clients and all internal departments to ensure smooth project progress and handover.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion while meeting client expectations.
- Work independently, taking on responsibilities and tasks as required.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, responsiveness, and professionalism.
