Kelayakan
- Graduate with Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Civil & Structure Engineering, or Construction Management. Graduates from other field of engineering are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Civil 3D, Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Navisworks Manage and Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management. Fresh graduates and candidates from other engineering field are encouraged to apply
Tanggungjawab
- The position is to report directly to General Manager with further instructions from BIM Team Leader/Technical Head
- Ensure adherence to BIM execution plans, standards, and protocols established for the project.
- Creating, manage and maintain 3D BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, incorporating design changes and updates as required.
- Collaborating with project team members to identify and highlight design and construction issues
- Perform quality checks on BIM models to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Participating in project meetings and communicating project information to stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate the exchange of BIM data and information.
- Maintain accurate documentation of BIM processes, workflows, and project-related information.
- Generate reports, analyses, and visualizations from BIM data to support decision-making and project management activities.
Manfaat
- Salary range between RM3,000 to RM5,000/month
