Kelayakan

  • Candidate must possess at least LCCI, Diploma / Degree in Accounting
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must be of Malaysian nationality.
  • Computer literacy: Knowledge in MS Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must.
  • Knowledge in Accounting and HR Software
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Location: Petaling Jaya or Bukit Jalil

Tanggungjawab

  • Perform general office administrative duties.
  • Organise company documents in an orderly fashion to ensure easy retrieval and reporting to authorities.
  • Assist in handling incoming calls.
  • To ensure HR policy, company rules and regulations is well maintained.
  • Define, create, and oversee the implementation of a long-term finance management strategy, ensuring that all transactions are conducted in a manner compliant with our company policy
  • Prepare cash flow statement for management review
  • Identify irregularities in our system, including possible fraud and theft, and report them to the management
  • Processing invoices, preparing quotations, and purchase orders
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Handles all government related reportings and submission such as LHDN, JKDM, SOCSO, KWSP, DBKL, MOF, MdeC, etc
  • Oversees day-to-day HR-related activities, such as checking employee records, collecting payroll information, keeping track of staff movements, leave, claims, and KPI
  • Conduct payroll and billing audits on a monthly basis to ensure the accuracy of our financial statements
  • Assess our staffing needs and track time-to-hire and recruiting costs, including expenditures on sourcing, advertising, and onboarding
  • Evaluate our training needs, manage our training budget, and monitor the allocation of resources to our training and development programs
  • Coordinate with courier company to collect goods from supplier and despatch goods to customers.
