Kelayakan
- Candidates must possess at least SPM level/O Level in any field.
- Required to Travel Outstations
- Minimum 2 year of working experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of industry/products/competitors
- Must possess own transportation.
- Required Skill(s): Strong business sense, Strong merchandising skills, Closing Skills, Customer Service Skills, Presentation Skills.
- Required Characteristic(s): Aggressive, Positive thinking, Self-confidence, Diligent, High Motivation for sales and friendly.
Tanggungjawab
- To meet and close deals with potential prospects assigned by the supervisor.
- To ensure proper display of products and check on product availability in the assigned retail outlets within an assigned area.
- To provide feedback on stock availability, market information, client information and competitor information.
- Execute continuous improvement activities to enhance merchandising processes, merchandising plans, customer satisfaction, etc.
- Provide feedback/response to customer queries while improving engagement with customers.
- To identify and replace damage or expired goods while providing promotional ideas within an assigned area.
