Kelayakan
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
- SPM holders with at least 3 years’ experience in the construction industry.
- Fresh graduate with Certificate /Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or equivalent.
- Site-based position with 6 working days
- To monitor sub-contractor works.
- Minimum 2 years site experience.
- Ability to understand M&E Drawings.
- Able to work under pressure and proficient in liaising all sub-contractors on project matters.
Tanggungjawab
- To manage, lead, coordinate, plan and provide necessary assistance in M&E works of subcontractors / NSC.
- To coordinate the inspection and testing of works of the Consultants and subcontractors.
- To study shop drawings in order to perform works as per project specifications.
- To keep daily progress records.
- To carry out various inspections and tests at project site from as required by the Quantity Assurance Plan.
- To measure completed M&E works by subcontractors.
- To coordinate any quality issues and problems at the project site, and carry out any rectifications works, if any.
- To liaise with government authorities, clients and consultants for information and approval required for project implementation.
- To ensure the ISO 9001 QMS systems procedures are implemented on the projects.
- To Perform any other project duties as assigned by the superior.
