- Assisting manager to lead a team ensure the operation runs smoothly and able to manage a duty shift without supervision.
- Able to train and motivate new staff or subordinates
- Oversee daily operations to maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with quality standards and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns or complaints.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitability.
- Prepare regular daily reports on outlet, including sales, expenses, and customer feedback.
- Able to work on public holidays, weekends and overtime if needed.
