Kelayakan
- Candidate must process at least a Professional Certificate, LCCI/Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required languages: able to converse, read and write in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin/Cantonese. Candidate fluent in mandarin preferred as role require candidate communicate with mandarin clients.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, able to meet deadlines & multi-tasking.
- Must be willing work in Kajang.
Tanggungjawab
- Handle and manage full sets of accounts (Monthly bank reconciliation, petty cash, AR, AP & GL) including fixed assets listing, accrual and prepayment schedules.
- Ensure prompt and timely closing submission of accounts.
- Responsible for daily accounting activities, assist in monthly analysis reporting.
- Maintain proper and accurate accounts records and filings.
- Reconciling monthly statement of all company accounts.
- Handling and submission of SST.
- Liaise with vendor, prepare payment and monthly reconciliation.
- Check and Verify claims for directors and staffs.
- Support external audits, government regulatory reporting and secretarial related matters.
- Control & review debtors and creditors outstanding record.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
