Kelayakan
- Preferably possess a degree in marketing, computer science, telecommunications engineering, software engineering, or Internet of Things-related fields.
- Prior experience in telecommunications operator business and customer resources is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in pre-sales or sales.
- Strong logical and structured thinking, excellent communication and reporting skills, problem-solving ability, and ability to handle pressure, with willingness to travel periodically.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia as working languages, with knowledge of Mandarin being advantageous.
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for the market promotion of OSS and BSS products and solutions in Malaysia, conducting comprehensive and systematic marketing targeting operators (Such as Telekom Malaysia).
- Conduct in-depth exploration of telecommunications industry clients (channel partners), analysing their industry attributes and potential needs, and providing comprehensive solutions.
- Responsible for customer expansion, sales negotiations, project bidding, and collection of payments, adhering to relevant policies of the communication industry department.
- Actively collect, analyze, and track user experiences to provide timely feedback for continuous improvement of company products.
- Develop and maintain resources among high-level clients within telecom operators, establishing long-term cooperative relationships, and conducting customer data statistical analysis.
- Analyze and forecast sales markets, grasp market trends, provide accurate information for decision-making, and expand and develop sales markets.
- Regularly analyze and check the marketing environment, objectives, plans, and business activities, adjust marketing strategies and plans in a timely manner, and formulate preventive and corrective measures to ensure the completion of marketing objectives and plans.
