Kelayakan
- 5+ years of relevant technical support work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English.
Tanggungjawab
- Ensure the stability of video cloud products. Monitor the quality of online video services. Ensure thorough resolution of online events and understand every key point in the problem-solving process. Support video architecture products including images, on-demand, and live streaming.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of our services and related systems. Able to set standards to improve the efficiency of problem resolution, greatly reducing the probability of incidents.
- Regularly summarize pain points in system usage, make suggestions, and improve system service efficiency.
- Document summarized experiences to form a knowledge base for easy internal team knowledge sharing.
- Deeply understand system architecture, implement data metrics and technology-driven product development. Propose technical solutions to responsible systems and facilitate the implementation of these solutions.
- Analyze and summarize technical issues and processing flows, propose effective suggestions and improvement plans.
- Effectively communicate with customers and product managers, drive R&D work, and meet customer needs. Able to control the overall progress, quality, and risks of projects.
