Kelayakan
- Possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 2-4 year(s) of professional experience in full sets of accounts including AR, AP, Bank Reconciliation and other general accounting experience is preferred. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to converse in verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially in Excel, Power point. Added advantage if know SQL or other IT tool.
- Good team player with good communication skills, strong commitment and self-motivated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and stay organized.
Tanggungjawab
- Prepare and review full sets of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with management to set financial goals and targets.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of accounting systems and processes.
- Provide guidance and support to junior members of the accounting team.
- Stay updated with industry trends, changes in accounting regulations, and best practices.
